Premium memberships are available to individuals aged 16 and above. Available in 3 month and 12 month terms, the premium membership includes unlimited access to the fitness centre and walking track, access to length swims, leisure swims, access to aqua fitness classes, recreation swims and adapted swims, group exercise classes and skating when offered. Access to the sauna and spa is also included, when those amenities are available for member use.

We recommend signing up for our convenient pre-authorized payment plans. To set this up, we require a void cheque or a valid credit card number. The monthly payment will be automatically charged each month.

Junior members aged 12 to 15 are eligible for a junior membership. Junior members are able to work out in the fitness centre on their own Monday to Sunday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If they attend the gym any other time outside of these hours, they must be accompanied by an adult or guardian inside the fitness centre. The adult or guardian does not need to hold a membership. If the guardian is not a member, they will not be permitted to use fitness equipment.

Junior memberships are available in 6 month and 12 month terms and include access to all cardio and strength training equipment as well as a mandatory fitness centre orientation.

Junior Membership - 6 month (paid in full) $142.25+HST

Junior Membership - 12 month (paid in full) $252.00+HST

Same Household Discount

This discount applies if two members of the same household enroll in a 12 month fitness membership. The second member receives a 10% discount that is applied to the lower value membership. Should more than two household members sign up for a membership, the first membership will be at full cost and each membership after will be eligible for the discount.
Members must live at the same residence and provide proof of same residence.

Seniors Discount

Adults aged 55 years and older are entitled to a 10% discount on a 12 month fitness membership.

Student Discount

Students are eligible for a 10% discount.
To be eligible, members must be able to provide proof of a valid student card for high school or post-secondary institutions.

Multiple discounts cannot be applied. All discounts apply to 12 month fitness memberships.

Drop-In Packages

Basic Pack of 11 Visits

For individuals who are looking to try the fitness centre, this package entitles you to 11 visits to the fitness centre. This package does not expire and does not include access to the pool or exercise classes.

Flex Pass

Flex passes are available for individuals wishing to attend group exercise classes or aqua fitness classes. The flex pass entitles you to 10 visits to an exercise or aqua fitness class.

Drop-In Group Exercise Class

$7.25 per class and paid at reception desk before attending class.

Drop-In Aqua Fitness Class

$7.00 per class and paid at reception desk before attending class.

Swim packages for 11 visits are available and provide access to open swims, leisure swims and adult lengths/water walking. Package pricing varies depending on age (adult/youth/child). This package offers 11 visits for the price of 10 and are great for routine visitors.

Skate packages for 11 visits are available and provide access to all recreational skates, fitness skates and adult skates. Package pricing varies depending on age (adult/child). This package offers 11 visits for the price of 10 and are great for routine visitors.

Training Packages

Personal training is a one-on-one 30 minute session that will assess your body strength and create customized workout plans. The personal trainer will provide guidance and monitor your progress on a regular basis and will help to ensure proper use of equipment and body movements. The individual who is purchasing the package is required to have a valid fitness centre membership. Personal Training packages can be purchased in-house, over the phone or online.
