October 7, 2026: Voter Information Letters (VIL) for the 2026 LaSalle Municipal and School Board Elections have been mailed, and residents will begin receiving them in the next few days.
Each VIL includes important information about the voting platform, how to vote, and a PIN needed to access the voting portal. Eligible voters are encouraged to review the information carefully to ensure the information is accurate, and the VIL should be kept in a safe place until voting opens. In October of 2022, the Town of LaSalle conducted a Traffic Study of the Mayfair Avenue and Maple Avenue intersection. Based on the findings, the Town decided to reassign the right-of-way from Maple Avenue to Mayfair Avenue at this intersection.

The Town will begin a storm sewer reconstruction project in the coming months along Front Road from Reaume Road to Boismier Avenue. During the project, traffic lanes will be reduced from four (4) to two (2) lanes, and turning restrictions will be in place. This project will cause major traffic delays. Alternate routes should be considered, as well as adding additional time for commutes.
